About Chris Pfaff
I am an advocate for my clients. In addition to my experience as a Realtor, I also have over 20 years of Business and Leadership experience across retail, customer service, healthcare, facilities/property management and real estate.The strengths that I am known for are Excellent service, detailed communication and accessibility to my clients. I was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati. After 28 years, I lived a few years on Long Island New York for work and then moved back to Ohio where I now reside in Waynesville (Nothern Cincinnati/Southern Dayton border).
If you look at a map of where I've worked with my clients, you'll see I have a vast range of experience across the greater Cincinnati and Dayton markets helping buyers and sellers wherever they prefer to live, even finding the perfect lot/land for building a home.
I have guided many first time home buyers with learning the process of searching and buying their first home, as well as coaching first time sellers as they navigate the other side of a real estate deal.
When I'm not helping my clients with their real estate needs, I am spending time with my wife Teresa and our Boston Terriers, Lucy & Billie. Living in a community that we love and near our family is important to us.
